I think he means the bit of red highlighting on the hippo's head?
I think my favorite part is the white horse in the center, the way its shaded makes the shape very clear and readable. The man in the upper left looks just perfect too. I think the parts that need the most work are the alligator, the upper right horse, and that same horse's rider - mainly just his face, his cloth skirt thing is friggin gorgeous.
