Lengthened the arms a bit, but I kept the chest/torso/waist alterations.  I looked at a few more references and the new stuff looked more realistic to me.

Added the clothes and hair and all.  I think it looks good, but I feel like I didn't get the shading on the pants or shirt quite right.
