Just wanted to know about my pixel art.

I was wondering in what ways i could make this pixel art better. This is a character I made called Barry the P.E. Teacher. That's it.

For that kind of style it would look better if you made the lines more simple and straight. And dark red instead of black inlines maybe  ???
