Update. Better? Worse? Too much noise? Not enough details? Color scheme sucks? Design sucks? Redo the whole thing? This is meant to be 3/4 perspective by the way. Any comment is really appreciated.

I like the new ones.  Nice design. Colors are good.  There's quite a bit of banding going on though.  And I guess I'm confused by the 3/4 view you mentioned.  I would think you'd see of the top of the head more, for example.
