Looks a litle odd..Should me rounder at the top..Also the hair makes it look like his head is to the left facing his left shoulder..even it out..

Dithering metal makes it look dirty.

Looks like a good start - it's got potential.
A few critiques though... the shape of the helmet is off completely unless he's got a deformed head underneath. The visor perspective looks reversed as well or least could use some rounding out to curve with the helmet.
The rest of your pieces I won't comment on except to say that the car looks like one out of GTA1 and there's way too much NPA gradients going on that are boosting the colour count through the roof.
I think you've got a ways to go but, if you break it on down to the basics of pixel art and listen to the rest of the gang here, you'll learn it all in no time at all.
Would love to see future updates from you. Keep at it

thanks for the comment yes i am pretty uch just starting in pixel art but i like the comments and needs for improvement i know with the colection there is massive amounts of colors because i added a gradient to the background so they could not be ripped as easily because they are original and i made most of them for my game see sig.

while we're at it, I thought to help you by giving you this google image search:

Hmm, i've seen that warrior head before.
And not under your name, on a runescape forum.
So there is a ripper involved i think.
I'm not acusing anybody yet, but i will get to the bottom of this.

You've got potential.

On the dragon: make some shading parts bigger, you've now done only some high contrast stripes.
the lineart needs some cleaning up, but its pretty nice overall :-).
Also i'd suggest some AA-ing(= Anti Aliasing).

In your large image, several of those don't look like pixel art at all. Specifically, the car, several of the guns, and the building. As for the art itself, basic technique and some grounding in lighting would be a HUGE plus.

these show promise, but i think you need to really work on your pixel techniques.  st0ven and tsugumo are great resources for you, and also sites like gmpixel etc

best of luck

I'm trying to figure out, why there are so many colours in such a small piece.

You show promise, but you need cleaner, smoother line art.

The asian dragon's tail looks segmented like a bad loy-polygon character, and the wing anatomy is not good, the muscles coming from the back are more complicated.
I agree with otheres that the actual line art needs refining.
