Sherman's Avatar

As soon as I figure out this infernal forum... I think there's probably something I shoulda' read.

Think I got it... Anyone know a good place to host pictures though? Not sure if leeching off deviantArt is a good idea.

Two

Three (Newest) - I lightened the outline on around the highlights, but I dunno if I like it.

I recommend 2x zoom.

Edit: Okay, scrounged up an old photobucket account. Still sucks, though.

We can see it as your avatar but not as the deviantart direct link. Deviantart doesn't allow it. Imagebucket is ok for your purposes.

New iteration.
This one has teeth, and it goes lower, and better AAing.

Anyone see anything that could be improved?

lol, ImageBucket.  Is that a mix of Image-Shack and Photo-Bucket, helm?  I personally prefer photobucket.  www.photobucket.com

The piece looks quite solid, sherman.  The AA is a bit crusty, but its definately not the worste i've seen.  One thing you may want to try is to lighten the outline colour around the top of the head instead of using the same darkest colour all the way around.  Then adjust the AA accordingly in those areas.  Some people might call this "sel-out" but usually sel-out denotes a broken up outline.  Either way, call it what you want, i'm just suggesting lighting up the outlines.

good work

Final Version, unless you guys got something to say about it.

Personally I would add more dark colors to the back of the... of this creature. The shape is not determined so far in my opinion. That's all becase the light colors are too near. And the contrast colors appear only on the bottom.

Done. You may need to clear the cache to see the changes, though. I just overwrote the old one.
