[WIP][CC] Josuke

Before I get to shading and the rest I want someone to help me improve the base.
I can't put my head around what's wrong with it, is it the proportions, stance or something else?
and how can I make the circle symbol more readable?

It's kind of all of the above. The torso is too long, legs are too short, and his head looks pretty off-center here.
Try to find a picture of a real person doing the pose you want (or pick up a copy of designdoll to build your own) and use that as a reference to get things right.

On the plus side, those are pretty good feet.

VAST improvement. work on the coat, it's hugging the body too much I think.

Some quick thoughts.
I think it might look better if you reduce the distance between the legs and make them a tad more thinner.
The hair is pretty noisy. Give it a crosshatch texture, like how it actually looks in the Manga, pronounced in the anime*.
The pose is still a little awkward.
Also there's some banding going on, might look good if you fix that. (I'm not hardcore against banding)
Might also want to bump the contrast a little more.

Update:
Changed contrast, ending of sleeves, hair, right shoulder, legs, small tweaks to shading and other things.
(Right shoulder looks better now or was it better before?  should I make left leg wider?)

I want to try animating it so I hope I got most of the polishing done.
First time trying to use AA(small amount), did I use ir propely?

@tsej
I don't know what you mean by crosshatch texture.
