Added a cave painting and a small monsterman watching the sunset. I feel like it might be a good idea to expand the painting a little bit, but not 100% sure.

I said add a brighter sun because I don't think I've ever seen the sun in such a saturated orange before in real life. The center almost always seems white hot/yellow to me. Environment, weather, clouds and atmospheric perspective can effect color of course.

Though these orange suns are quite beautiful so I guess I'm wrong.

Now that I think about it, maybe my issue with the sun is how large it is in the sky. That's just my opinion though. Regarding your new update, here are my thoughts.

-You've created a tangent where the monster mans leg and the bottom of cliff meet. Easy fix
-if you want to expand the painting, maybe you can add a few small rocks or pebbles to the ground. Or maybe a path. Maybe slightly larger rocks on the border of where the ground meets the cliff.
-something about your cave painting looks weird to me. I'm not sure it would be so visible and stand out so much (with all that near black color) when it's located in such a shadowed area of the rock. It almost looks like its glowing with the use of light blues. I think a painting could work but if it was just an impression. Maybe it could be a few numbers lower in value than the cliffs dark shadow.

Anyway, that's all. Keep up the great work Mystery!

One last edit before I head to bed.
@heyguy, I hadn't thought about the size! Next go I'll try reducing that a bit, and see where it takes me.
I also expanded the "canvas" to be more eye-catching, and incorporated more of the glowy paint along that to make it more clear what that is.
I also gave the little friend a sack lunch, to make him seem a bit more homey.
(Or home-less, depending on interpretation)

EDIT: did it instead of sleeping, whoops

Soooo, the cave seems really out of place and weird. It doesn't read much like a cave so I would suggest maybe trying something else to expand the painting. It looks great, but to just give some different ideas. The sunset could be improved, and to show you a different way of doing it, here is something that I did a while back:

I made the sunset in a more exaggerated way, but you could still do something similiar-ish. The way you have it now, the sun seems to be a separate floating object from the sky, so it looks like it's in front of the sky, when it should look like it's behind the sky. To do this, make the sun directly affect the sky, so they meld together more. Also the clouds right in front of the sun make the sun look a bit weird to me. But, other than that, it looks really good!

The sun looks like it contrasts too much with the sky. Try shading it more.

I agree.  Feels closed off and a bit uninteresting.  I would suggest expanding it horizontally.

Got it RE: expanding the canvas.
I'm not sure what you mean by working the shading more however, could you explain a bit?
