Stupid Draw

Im not a pro at pixelart, but i want to get better... how can i make this draw a bit better ? it doesnt sounds like good to me.

First, never have a white background. If you don't have transparency have it be a color that doesn't clash with the drawing (Bright pink is NEVER good, as an example).

The dithering isn't bad, but it's hard to find where the lighsource is. Either you need to change the nose or you need to add more shading on the left side of the face. As it is, the shading is all over the place.

i agree you need a lighting source and transparency. do you know how to make it transparent?

yeah i do =) Well, b4 that, any 1 can like make a "remake" with in depth critics ? i mean, i couldnt remake after reading what u guys told me.

For some reason i really really like the picture itself. The pixeling isn't that bad either, kind of has a lithogram feel to it. But I really really like the picture.

I Made shadows on right side more intense. 
but i dunno if the colors are right 
what u guys think ?
