Check your link man, image isn't showing up properly. Edit and copy and paste the below to get it to work properly.

I did exactly that but the image is not showing up, is it a browser issue ?

Not a browser issue. lol

If you copy and pasted exactly what I had above we would be seeing the image.

Anyway, as far as critique goes I'm having a hard time understanding this as a samurai. Really just looks like a guy in pink pajamas. I'd take some time to really study traditional samurai clothing an try to mimic that.

I did as you said and it works now, big thanks! Are you a magician ? :D

P.S in his hands he will hold Katana, a samurai sword.

This suit looks a little bit different than traditional samurai suit because I want him later to become a real samurai in game and then he can wear samurai suit. Though this suit right now is also Japanese it's used in Judo now days.

I just need a good template how to start and later I will add more things, like samurai war armor and similar. I want to make this current samurai in the image good as possible and use it as a template.

Here is how I would start out a piece like this.

I'd further refine and tweak after I gathered enough reference on people, clothing, hairstyle, fighting stances from that particular time period, google says Edo period-ish. Not a nippon fan myself so I can't help in that regard.

Could you give some tips on shading this character ? I still want to use mine character because I am not used to your style I feel better developing my own style. If I go with your style, then everything else will have to be in similar style. I actually have probelms with shading, I don't know how I didn't state that in first post, probably forgot. Here's an updated image without any shadings.

I need some tips on shading style, like should i go with dithering or something else.

edit:
I got inspiration from your character, so thanks!

You've got mixed pixel sizes there. The character and the sword. You should stick to the same resolution.
