@Friend: Regarding the hue shifting, how did you do it? I have seperate layers so it's sort of complicated to pull off. Did you just play with the RGB value?



I made it one layer. Then just played with each color separately by adjusting hue, lightness, contrast etc. it's really easy to play with colors and values in gimp

I think you can do a bit more with the lights for the overall atmosphere.

Would suggest doing the flickering every 1 of 5 lights, just to reduce annoyance XD or even changing the flickering times to be a bit slower.
