[WIP] One of my first sprites, any tips or opinions?

I have been trying to create some good sprites recently but none of the ones I created pleased me, so I thought i should find a forum to get some tips. Please, post what you think about it and what should be improved in it.

 This is my latest sprite:

i like him.  lots o character.  like the face and purple underwear lol.

the biggest thing to improve on is anatomy.  just study and practice and keep going
