ProMotion is an excellent program for pixelling, so if you want to try the demo/purchase it go here: http://www.cosmigo.com/promotion/
Some others would suggest something like Graphics Gale and the like, but if you wanna focus on pixel art I would go with it.

And for adding an avatar, just go to your profile (just look at those buttons on top saying "Home" "Help" "Search" "Profile" "Logout") and modify your profile there.

I guess the image is too big and doesnt fit with the max size allowed.

yup, maximum imagesize for aavatars is 128x128.

Hey i see. Thanx guys =) ptoing ive already seen lots of works of you, wou shade greatly, i mean, with little squares and circles that makes a strange circling texture, i dunno how i can define it... nice ! If someday you wanna teach us ur secret, ill be the first to hear.

His secret? It really IS little circles and squares. We call it styledither. Don't do it like he does it, a lot of people have already, it's gotten old.

On the Troll, first big image i made, it is pretty X-Man-ish but on following ones I made hollow circles and squares, which he does not do, but further than that i think this can not evolve.

Wait, what are you saying? What you describe is a method of transition between a color and another, and there's a lot of shared space cross-medium here, yes, but 'dithering' is terminology only used for computer art (well we could also include stripling  ) and I don't see the point of generic-ifying the concept of styledither to include transitions in non-digital (or even non-pixel art) artwork. What do we gain in understanding, by doing that?
