It's like old Osmi meets xmas ball Osmi! I never liked how the eyes of xmas ball Osmi kinda blended into him. I'd give them some more contrast so they pop out.

A friend of mine made this edit. Do you think it's better this way?

It seems like stand out eyes aren't good for osmi. I think the eyes should reflect (hope it's a right word) blue color. What do you think?

What about flat eyes? Or doesn't that fit the style anymore?

Maybe his pupils could move around a little (to check if the danger's gone) while he's got the tentacles halfway down again.

His eyes should bulge and his pupils dialate(sp?) before he goes on the defense. . . If he's supposed to be surprised
I also think he should have some fangs. Didn't he used to have fangs?

Gil, I don't think they fit now.

Meta|Fox, that's because you comparing with original one. Anyway, added surprised eyes :)

robotriot, nice idea. Added.

Xion Night, added that. Not sure if I need to add that fags back :)

Btw, I'm not sure about red colours. I just can't get enough contrast from red. That happens all the time  :'(

I think the red colours are fine.

Truth be told, i can hardly even remember the old one. I'm trying to look at it from more of a natural standpoint. if the flip is a defence mechanism then the creature would have to be scared in order to put it up.

My only crit now is that the flip transformation happens too slowly, increase framerate for that part maybe?

Great as always. However the red doesnt seem as good as the blue. it might be the highlights.
