Looks like you've yet to figure out the mouth area, I'd work on that. Remember, the mouth is built on top of the lower and upper jaw. You'll need to account for the lower jaw somehow... or if this somehow deviates from humanoid, you'll need to shape it better because right now it looks like a ball attached to a larger ball.

Just quickly I think u should redraw this using construction lines to mark out the forms then paint over the top stronger light and shade planes.

Although its an alien, the forms don't seem very confident and there's a general perspective issue going on so I think you'll benefit greatly from the process.
