[WIP] Can't put gun in characters hand

  I'm having a problem with giving my character a gun while he's facing you. I have no problem for when he's facing left or right, but i cant get a good looking gun in his arm. Here is pictures, one of the character facing you, and one looking right with the gun. http://imgur.com/a/A1dfU . Any tutorials and tips would be appreciated.

well u wouldn't stand straight on with feet perpendicular if u planned on firing a shotgun unless u plan on falling on ur ass.
Look at references of ppl holding rifles you'll notice its nothing like that front-facing image...
