Guys, before you enter the contest, read the terms of use carefully. This does look like a professional site with a budget, but they also have a large text in legalese explaining what happens to your art if you submit. It's not too dense, so I suggest you read it.
Part of it is that they will start selling and exploiting your art. They are very upfront and clear about this and offer a share of the profits. They even let you set a few things such as base price and such. If people, however, buy the art with promotional tokens, you don't receive any money. This means that Neonmob controls the market and if they flood it with promotional tokens to drive traffic, you will see less or no profit from your art.
Lastly, don't put too much time into submissions specifically for the website. This contest is no more than a way to cheaply pull talented artists into the website (as all contests tend to be). That's okay, but it also means that you should post "cheap" submissions, stuff you already made for example, like portfolio pieces. Otherwise, you are putting time, and thus money, into their website, with no real promise of being renumerated for your work.
Again, they are being pretty upfront about all of this and they provided a legal text for you to read, I suggest you do so
