Project SNES need Pixel art

Hello everyone,
I don't very good at English so it may be that there is some error.

I hope this shows my serious and my knowledge to make games.
I would like to play a little game on the SNES, a game arcade as Windjammer(NeoGeo).

It will do all the graphics, SNES sprites are 16 colors (15 colors + 1 alpha).

Next I would like to make a play on Neo Geo.

would love to try it out but I'm kind of bad but I know a lot of snes game (still play them)
