really cool stylization (is that a word?) it will look good printed on a block mount 

some things standing out is the dithering is too strong like there is too much contrast between the colours being dithered.
top of fringe feels a bit more like thick noodles than nice thin ribbons.

I'm no expert but composition feels a little bit unbalanced to the right now combined with her eyes drawing us straight out of the frame.
I cant measure right now but it looks like its not quite a square.
I think a square print would be nice so basically just add a bit to the right side.

ok i think a lot of the problem is that my laptop screen's colours are really fucked up. i've spent the last few days trying to fix it but i think there's no solution    so i just had to adjust the colours manually by comparing them between my pc and phone, bleh.

I'd personally stay away from stylized dithering, and minimize its use as much as possible. It usually ends up looking kind of noisy and rough, when Darkstalkers portraits are usually very smooth and even in texture - Employing regular dithering only very lightly.

agreed dithering is a bit rough.

new colours r nice but its lost some of its pop-art quality from the previous iteration which i thought was interesting.
