You should post these as an animated gif. We can't really critique the animation if it's not animated.

That ling remains rather unhelpful. I tried to manually extract the images from the sprite sheet and put them together. The vertical movement is surely off but you get the idea.

Why is the head shaped so weirdly? The animation isn't half bad, but the timing feels a bit off, specifically how when she bobs up and down it takes her much longer to come back down on her right leg rather than her left.

The weird up and down motion is not present in the still frames, the frames were put together incorrectly for the animation.

so after learning how to make gif animations here is the correct .gif animation now we can focus better on the arms!

and dont worry about the head shape I know its bad I was focussing more on the arms and legs! ;)

The right leg seems to be doing something where it is tip toeing into place as it moves forward.  This would look very bizarre in real life but its a super easy fix that will make it look a lot better.  The foot should be flexed as it moves to touch the ground same way the left foot is.  (the very first frame on your sprite sheet is the one that looks odd with the foot)  From second frame to last frame the width of the leg also changes a pixel or two and it is noticeable, even though the leg is moving the thickness should stay the same.  Finally something a bit odd is thet the shoulder is moving on the (person's) left arm but the body isnt twisting at all so it shouldnt be changing the location of the shoulder.  What should be happening is that the elbow and hand should be rotating from the axis (kinda) of the shoulder rather than the whole arm moving like a stick.  Other than that it looks pirty so keep it up and youll be golden.
I dont get it done, but when i do its not done.
