Tile Copier

Hello , I was wondering if there is a program that helps in making tiles by offering perhaps a tool that allows you to make for an example two 32x32 canvas grids in the same image where if you draw in the first one it copies your drawing to the other one making it easier to make tiles instead of testing the tile every 5 min by tilling them together in a new tab

Tiled comes to mind.
You make a tileset, then create a map in Tiled and point it to that tileset image.
Then every change you make to the image will be instantly(?) reflected on the tilemap in the program.

I really dont know how to use this exactly , I cant find any tools to draw with I've just created a map for the size of 4 tiles each of 32x32 not really sure how to start

Oh nvm , I've just understood your post right now , I wanted more of a program that keeps both of the tiles changing while working like a mirror? you know while working on a tile there is this other tile connected to it copying what iam drawing from the 1st tile.
