Steve Animations

on: September 28, 2014, 12:21:45 am
I've started working on a team project about a disgruntled office worker called Steve. Looking for feedback on style and animation. Thanks!

Perhaps somewhat odd that you chose different depth colors for these 2 animations.
Against the dark backdrop I actually thought the other arm was missing.

Also my gf and I couldn't agree on what or where his nose and mouth were.
But he's pretty cool.

Interesting . . . what are the candidates for mouth and nose?

Looks nice!

Not directed at me but personally I thought he didn't have a mouth at all until it was mentioned, then noticed the white pixels on his chin which look like gritted teeth?  They are barely noticeable at small sizes. Hope that helps!  :)

I think it might be that triangular cheekbone that's throwing people off? I like the oversized gun style  :P

Hmm. I managed to see the mouth & nose right away but I might just sit too close to the screen.   ???

I believe you should shrink that cheekbone though, or at least add one to the other side of his face.

I thought line beneath his nose was his mouth, just smiling slyly..

He's a pretty cool guy though so I took a shot at making an edit..

I thought the same as Seiseki-- that the nose was a slyly grinning mouth, and the pointy thing to the right was his nose.

I liked him better that way :P (But he wouldn't be much of a disgruntled worker anymore)
