It didn't take you four hours. Stray pixels, noise dither suggestive of posterizing. Good you signed it, people might have thought it wasn't yours.

 Pretty good. I'd say add an additional dark shade to make it more contrasted. The face is kinda flat, heh. Come on, 3 hours? It looks good, looks like 3 minutes. Good job though.

You're not using your fourth color (white) very efficiently at all. Dithering it into the face (or just changing it to maybe light gray and not dithering) could add some nice depth. There are quite a few stray pixels between the blue and black.

at least you chose an image that isn't well known... :)

if you are new just jump in and do something of your own, we don't bite.   at the very least you will receive some useful advice.  take note that even with a trace you have received some useful feedback.

It did take me three hours. I did not trace it. I closely followed what the actual image looked like and drew a rough sketch of it. That didn't take very long, but then I had to add and remove a bunch of pixels which took forever.

I really can't believe you people are accusing me that I didn't draw it.
