Bottom right hand looks most relaxed so probably the best because it captures the moment better than the one one next to it (which would be good if he was starting to reach for the lolly).
Just wondering if you thought about giving him 4 arms at all?

hey thanks for the feedback, ive been busy with college work. No i havent thought about that, but its interesting. would he perhaps be too similar to Goro then though? :)

Color edit. Don't be afraid to experiment with hue shifting. Better to go too far with it then reign it in

thats a really cool edit. the saturation of each shade is interesting to me (still got a lot to learn!), wouldnt the saturation of the colours go up on the ramp with the exposure to light? though i suppose we could be assuming very different light sources, i was thinking a bright summers day.

It all depends. Skin often has saturated midtones and shadows. But it just depends on the texture of the skin and the lighting and all that. Don't worry about straight ramps, for hue luminance or saturation. Just experiment with what looks good to you.
