I personally like the thicker look. I think you're doing an awesome job on the shading so far. Keep it up.
I think big eyes and cuteness can be sexy with the right expression. Maybe you should have her with a less wide-eyed look and something more like her eyes half shut in a sort of glare (but more sexy glare than immunnakillyou glare). XD I look sort of childish in facial appearance so I know the right look to be more sexy but still cute.
