Looks like something from an FBI shooter.
Its looking really good, the shading on it is done really well and has a definite light source. His outfit looks quite casual-like and has that sort of FBI or government official in command type of feel.
The only thing I see slightly wrong with it are the legs which seem a little too long and kind of awkward due to the stance that he is in. The gun might also need a bit more detail, but other than that, great work  :)

I personally like the simple gun design.
The right hand doesn't seem to be holding on the gun correctly. Make the elbow a bit more acute and get it so that the thumb would wrap around the gun.
Luv teh head.

Thanks for the comments.

dyuaru: Thanks man. I agree on the anatomy comments, but i'm unsure how to correct the leg positioning. I kinda forgot about the gun, i'll see if i can add some extra detail with the colors i'm using.

Crazy AG: It's supposed to be The Terminator from the T2 movie, and the right hand is reloading the shotgun, which had a funky reloading mechanism. I will rework it, but working towards the objective of showing the reload correctly (instead of wrapping around it). Thanks :)

The guys legs seem freakishly long for his torso. That might be a stylistic thing but... it's a bit odd.

Love the way you shaded his biker outfit, it looks great. I think his head needs a bit work though, it doesn't really look like AHNULD much. He needs those crazy Arnold facial features, with the cheekbones and all. A more defined hairline would be swell as well.

Thanks for the comments, guys.

Here's a new version.

Tweaked his face to fit the things junkboy mentioned, hopefully it says more Arnie now.

Also, did three height tweaks: the first is the original, in the second i lowered his torso and jacket a bit, and on the third i took some height from his legs. He looks a bit dwarved in the third, although it's realistically the most correct one, but i'm leaning towards the second more. Take your pick, please :) If the anatomy or proportions still feel odd, suggestions are welcome.

That actually looks a lot more like Arnold. Amazing what a few pixels can do, eh?  :D
