I know I'm not even close to the talented work of you guys, but I thought I should give it a try.

theres something mildly frightening about your fascination with nooses, but meh, w/e
if its not out of line, id like to suggest a palette for possible future use:

party like its 1895
Nice one Adarias.  I had already cooked up a much wilder palette, but I'll be sure to use yours for the next one, then black and white for the one after that.  ;)

That was the post with the slum.  Its pure Black and white now.
Back from hiatus, just remembered how excellent this community is at forming technique in a fledgeling artist of any kind.

Well, we need other requirements first Sohashu.  Hang tight everybody, I'll have the new palette stuff up soon, it's a busy weekend.

Ok... so this is my first attempt at this kind of pixel art. I'd love to hear any critiques.

Maybe a bit late, but it's my pirate. That's a serial number on his chest, in case it's too illegible. #417661737100, if I can even read it right! ...
Also my binary's a bit rusty, so apologies for any transaltion errors. :P

Haha, man, it must take so long to say stuff in binary. All that translates to just 3 letters.
