I second Atnas.
The feel of naked gangstas carousel is fucking priceless, bobbing man-tits and genitals would add to it, but making it normal low-low movement would just take away from the uniqueness.
Also, while the blue dude's level of abstracion sort of looked like NERDS (candy) gangsta thus wasnt as good as this, his caricatured expression WAS pretty cool. Maybe try out making their faces a bit caricatured (I see muppet noses and face features in my head) and exagerate their expressions a bit and see how you like that?
You know...these guys feel like they could be the opposing army in a Trucker's Delight game.
