[WIP] Siemese twin (...conjoined at the torso)

Well I call this guy Sylvester and Jonah, and I'm trying to make it animated where it looks like Jonah(Bottom guy) looks like he is using his arms(that I haven't finished making)  to walk. So its pretty much an animated hand stand.
But before I can go on, I'd like some crits? What do you guys think? The arms and everything okay?
Any recommendations? Help on the incomplete bottom?
Also, I plan on coloring this in too. But I wanted to do a Gameboy color palete.
If there are any other palets yous recommend, that be helpful.
I don't know much on paletes(or everything else really) so I'd like as much help as possible.

Also! Just wanted to say that the full name of the piece is going to be called "Sylvester and Jonah Conjoined at the Torso"
And the neck is supposed to be long, just because

Well, you pretty much summed up my thoughts on the piece. XD
I do like it, though. Looks like it belongs in a creepy horror game.

Yeah, it's gonna be pretty tough to make that second head not look like a giant talking penis. You'd probably have to either change the anatomy (maybe make him a quadruped, ala catdog), or accept that the second twin is going to be rather suggestive.

I think that when its colored in(both heads sharing same colors/shading) it won't look too much like that.
Perhaps detailing it more?
I was working on a newer version, I can also post my sketches?

I think you should let him look like a penis thing, it's far more scarier that way : )
