Dont drop it man just show us sone of the other character ideas like guards and peasants or something and draw some of the environment like the town area surrounding the castle and perhaps some field and village. maybe just rough out a scene without going too hard on anything in particular and post it up.
Just some suggestions to get u rolling and not to fixated on one piece.
Rome looks great man i'm going to check that out I never seen it.
