These sprites are for the character of a game I'm working on using Gamemaker. I found it very difficult at first to animate the hair-fire in a way that satisfied me. Still unsure about the walking cycle.

Also here he is as a still in a position to push a crate, not sure about how the profile looks...
Along with the little guy above I've worked on a grass haired and an icy haired guy below. I'm fond of the grass-hair guy because it's fun to make his hair sway when he jumps and runs, but I really don't know what I could do with the ice-hair guy: his hair remains static aside from the occasional gleam.

Animating this big guy is very difficult for me... all of this is essentially my first work with spriting after I got tired of using my place holding blocks. Any help or comments would be much appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
