Nice palette, nice colouring job and cool dithering, as usual.

Pretty good likeness, but the eyes are buggin me. They're too slanted or pointed or something, while they should be more droopy/bored looking. Also, the mouth looks unfinished. The lips aren't very detailed, and the separation line might be a tad too thick/dark.

Otherwise, like I said, it's lookin good. Keep it up ;D

Yeah, lovin that cel-shade-ish look goin' on there. The dithering you got there, however, really doesn't seem to flow with the piece. I'd personally go ahead and take it out for flat shading.

minor crits: A little bit less of that darkest brown under his chin. A few sections of the cheeks seem jaggy where they meet the black shirt.

Luuuv that black, by the way.

EDIT: Tremulant already mentioned teh thing about the separation line :P

Interesting piece, the dither style is quite cool, but the face seems a bit messy/unfinished. Mostly around the edges of the face and the eyes. Could use some AA or curves at least around the edges. Eyes seem somewhat flat.

I think i stylized pic like this would benefit alot form higher contrast, or mayby just a brighter highligh color, you need to work on the AA on those glasses and the shading of the nose looks a tad strange. Also, you might wanna try some more triangular/square shapes in the overall shades, I think i would go very well with the dithering style.
I dig his facial expression tho
