Corinthian Baby, how's that color of brick?
Your english seems a bit unpolished. Russian? Anyhow, excuse me if you don't understand something.
The brick texture is still a bit too saturated. If you were going for a realistic or close to realistic style, consider toning this down, especially the background-plaster- stuff-color. The sprite itself seems suspiciously... plastic. Pixel level imperfections to suggest a brick-like feel should finish it off. Not too many, though, or it may come off as ugly pixel noise.
Here's a simple edit demonstrating what I mean. Sorry if you didn't want any new colors added; it was necessary to achieve the effect. Then again it
could probably be achieved otherwise...
The pipes/fence tiles could go for the same treatment, minus the "imperfections" because, you know, they're pipes. Or fencing.
That character in the jacket looks a bit strange, too. I guess you forgot all about its anatomy (torso is too long, shoulders too wide, figure off-balance, etcetera). I'd suggest drawing a wire frame to build it on. In fact I might just start making an edit now...
