much better pose. head is still very small and the face needs lots of work. don't worry about details like nostrils at this size, you're thinking too symbolically, just try to get the forms of the face down. chin needs to be more pronounces rather than sloping inward (it's a defining feature of modern humans), lips are too straight, nose runs straight down the face rather than projecting outward. the way the hair interacts with the scalp doesn't make much sense to me either. she seems to be missing her right trap, just goes from shoulder right to neck. not really fond of the pose you've got her right hand in, dunno what that's trying to convey. i'd maybe move her left breast a pixel or two closer toward the center of her torso, as the torso looks too straight-on compared to the rest of the image. her right shin should be straight, not bow out.

update!

i tried to clean it up and make it more simple. Cure, I got a little confused because there were many left and rights in your crit so i wasn't sure if you were talking about her left or the viewer's left. I think I figured it out though. Hopefully the face looks more normal now.

her left = her left
our left = our left
;)

head's on the right track. her left knee seems pretty large, and the neck/traps are combined to form one volcano-shaped structure that looks pretty unnatural. are you using references?

It seems like it's off balance(the top compared to the bottom).  The face looks too small and the legs look too fat(especially her left one).  The center looks great though.
I think the eye and crotch were too high as well.
A quick edit...
