Ok, i know the new G.I. Joe movie was terrible, but i still can't help but love Snake Eyes. He's always been my favorite Joe, and he looks pretty bad ass in the new movie. So i decided to create this image for that reason, and to practice dithering, because i could use some practice. Especially since i don't do it often.
Also, i'm having a bit of trouble making the shine on the top of the visor work, look at this reference and tell me what i could do.
