Tales of Phantasia Styled Sprite

Just got the game for the gba so I decided to sprite in their stlye. Kind of rushed as I should be doing my homework x_x

The pallete is sadly not mine ^-^; Taken from the game

Ahh... I absolutely adored ToP for the SNES...
Memories...

You captured the feeling quite well. However, the Bow wouldn't/shouldn't really be AA'd (the edge will bleed, as there is no guarantee the background is light).
Also, where the string runs into the face and hat is awkward, and I have trouble telling the left foot (which also shouldn't be AA'd on the outside) from the cape.

Of course, I do adore your character's design. The colors are very well thought out... (courtesy of the spriters at... uh... is it tri-Ace? Correct me if I'm wrong.)

Looks alright, although some things are a bit unclear. I can't figure out exactly what that is on its head. Kind of looks like a cross between an oversized baseball cap and a knight's helmet. The string on the bow, I think would be much better off as a single colour. The clothes lack any sort of form that would appear underneath, which makes the leg on our left seem oddly attached.

They redid the sprites for the GBA version http://www.universo-nintendo.com/files/Imagenes/Tales_of_Phantasia.png which is what Flame is referencing. It is pretty different from the old SNES ones. Very cute, Flame (^^)b

Actually I think they use the ones of the PSX version. Which are a lot more cutish. Nice work in general for the sprite although the body position doesn't look alright.
