here's some update

You have a fairly dark and contrasted ground on which you place dark (clothes) and not that contrasted characters. I'd sugest either you soften your floor tile (which you could also improve so that it tiles better) or use more saturated colors for your characters' clothing.
Beware of your perspectives, too. Your clock, epecially, looks like something flat hanging on the wall. Still the top suggest me that it's a sharpened log in which a clock has been installed. You should re-work the volume of that log so that it is clearly cylindrical, especially at the base, and you should have the base taking some space on the ground (e.g. half a tile at least).
