They're a bit on the light side. Can't see the details at 1x very well because of it. They're cute, though. Going to do any more?

I think the main problem is that they're slightly pillow-shaded and don't have enough contrast. I would try making them a little bit bigger too, teeny tiny ones are much harder.

and I agree, the smaller they are, the more difficult to make right.

I agree with Pep on this those colors may work as flat colors but you need darker shading colors.
The details are there you just need to bring them out.
