I'll post em individually from now on.
You don't need to go all the way to separate images with that.
If you double the number of frames you can play fast guys twice and slow guys once with 2 delays per frame.
Or you could balance the delays unevenly for even more control over the timing.
You can squeeze more variety out of the same amount of art this way.
Here's an edit done slightly different than the above:
12 frames total.
No changes to your drawings.
Fast guys play 3 times, so no change to original timing. --> girl, crazy guy, drill
Slow guys play once with 3 delays. --> snail
Others have non uniform delays within the 12 frames to better control their action. --> turtle, spring, tank

Timing in animation is a tool for creating different kinds of feelings. --> slow snail vs fast car
Just like any other property in art. --> color, composition, etc
So play around with it.
Of course it's always important to think about the opposite.
So if you really want to make a bunch of doods that all go crazy at the same speed, have at it.
I won't say that you're wrong.
I think there is a lot of value in doing a variety of animations all in the same file.
It creates a nice total frame challenge.
And it makes them easily shareable, no need to send or post a ton of files, they are all together.
Def a fun way to draw, so don't give that up.
I've used the same process myself a couple times.

You blew it out of the water tho.
Very inspiring.
