Need help with player sprite

I can't get this sprite fixed, been working on it for awhile, always has some issues I'd love to get fixed.
Since I'm not really sure what I'm doing I'd rather post it here and get some critiques/edits from more experienced pixel artists. Thanks a lot, any critique/edit is appreciated. 
1st attempt:

My friend said the head is too big and it looks weird, it's meant to be chibi though but I did another edit..

2nd attempt:

This one is apparently looking like alien  Both have some body issues, and I'm not sure if angle is proper isometric

Didn't use any references..

I don't like the edit much, the eyes mainly are kinda weird, but it gives me an idea, I'll try editing the sprite again now maybe it gets better. Thanks a lot  

Edit: Here's the outcome.. I'm happier with this than last sprite I posted, but still not sure if I should start animating or work on more fixing?

It's better.
I just checked and noticed something with the right arm I edited before and adjusted it a bit by 1 pixel. See if this works out for you.

I don't know.. I don't like the anatomy of your edit much..
But I like the shading a lot, I copied your bra/panties shading and most of the body part on my last edit

I adjusted the eyes and arms based on the guide line I'm following so that it could have a correct perspective.


Try adding the same line on the ones you made so far and and its a bit off.

Adjusted the legs by 1 pixel longer, readjust the bra, moved the head back and testing a hairstyle.
