Her long rounded face, the open eyes and mouth gives her a bit of character.
I started scribbling on a painted version, mostly because I wanted to paint the mouth. I didn't have time to play with interesting bushstrokes, color patches or reasonable light sources though. So it was pretty much a
failure
. Someone might be able to take something away from it though.

Haha, nice Arne!
Love the post, Helm. I also have a strong sentiment for these old pixels. So brimming with character, but trapped in a low-res environment.
