I had to make a base according to this http://www.spriters-resource.com/other_systems/prinny/sheet/23106. This Is my base. Please tellme what I am doing wrong, because I know I am doing Something wrong.h I had to make a doll on that base for a character so, here This is the ref and the character is here . Please Critique!

 Hi im Sleepless and I just wanted to say hello because i joined the forum yesterday and I just started pixel art and I'm about to get started on an avatar. I am having trouble with pixel art, but I think it is because I have read so many tutorials, but I dont practice as much. If you know some good one I would be happy to read.
