Mine was like 15$, I Bought it like year ago and it's working fine.
However I think it's better to have a scanner and a drawing tablet. No one can skip the traditional media.

I also believe that the first Image of the waterfalls is scanned and then color reduced.
same technique was used in the immortal main screen :

I guess it's the same messy technique. Just my Thoughts.

-Finishing High school "senior year now".
-Choosing a good major "not art related".

-become better in shape, since i'm thin.
