There are more techniques than simply just outlining them or leaving them as flat-colored green blobs. Try shading them?

Those links don't seem to be working either. (Not Found)

Yours look great, regardless of how quick you drew them. I wish I could do it that fast, but I hope to one day.

Anyways, I've drawn my first stone path tile.

It definitely looks better than my last few attempts.

Well I think you should take pretty much the entire red-boxed in area of he roof out, and stick with the diagonal slanting roof that goes from bottom-left to top-right, it definately looks awkward right there. If you're trying to achieve something specific or unique with that section of the roof then you should tell us. Otherwise, take it out, you don't need it.

Souly, I feel that in your edit, the extra frame or two that you added to make the arms go back to the original position seem to lag, it's awfully slow/choppy.

It's a good point you've made, but I don't think your edit demonstrates how to solve the problem correctly. However, I have to say I wouldn't be able to do any better, hence I don't do edits.  :-X

Probably due to the quickness of the downward slash, and the small amount of dust coming up after it. I think the last slash of the combo should be the most powerful, and therefore, probably take the longest to execute / has the weightiest hit. And right now, it has no sense of weight. I understand that it's his hand, and not a 200-pound Great Sword, but still, there'd be a little anticipation for the last hit.

About the mountains.. I think a good start would be to remove the outline at the base of the mountain, where it is meant to connect to the ground. Then just draw some grass creeping up the base of the mountain.

It looks really great so far, but I feel the mountains are a bit too tall and too bright, they stand out a lot.. Perhaps changing them to a slightly more subtle color, like brown, would help. You could still add contrast to the piece if you saturate them enough.

If I were to play your game, those mountains would really bother me, sorry.

Oh, well in that case, I would make them run parallel to the angle of the floor, it's a little confusing to me. But it's your call, of course.

You had a perspective issue, so here's a quick edit.

If you meant for it to be hanging over the stripes, then you need to fix the other one support, because right now, one of them is off.

Anyways, you have a lot of colors, you can cut some out, like the 2 different, similar, yellows in the mid tone of the stripe and highlight of the orange container things.
