I can offer you a good prices for this work. I'm ready for work at hourly rate 10$. and can do such characters in 4-6 hours or even less. So price can vary 30-60 per character. We can negotiate this more indepth if you are interested.
I had a work like this before but I don't have pixel art stuff in my current portfolio, so you can give me a test, like to draw a character with one animation to make sure I can fit your reqiurements well. If it will be alright and you give me this job you can have this first character for free.
