Heīs not on wheels, there are the foot.
Itīs supose to be a man in a suit. The green is not a metal, itīs a cloth, the parts of metal are the eye, the mouth, the belt, and the hands.
Retouched some pixels (thanks again eyecraft).

You must define more the lines (with darker lines) because now itīs an amalgam indefinitely that itīs hard to see something at first sight.
For the humanoid appearance make some body, arms and legs.
