The crouching frames are kinda weird, the head is moving foward ?
Also you should avoid setting frames with different timing.
do Mario, Sonic and Megaman crouch before they jump ?

Pure black makes everything flat, never use it.
The hair is inconsistent, it should follow the...ehm natural flow ...

When you take a step you touch the ground firstly with the hell, not with the forefoot.
The bobbing is still uncertain, study some walking tutorial, when the body reach his highest point? and the lowest?

Withish skin anf blonde hair can be a bad idea, also the greens aren't greens.

Hi, dylan shirt is bit odd here's an edit.
Also remember that "Dylan Dog" is a horror comic so i suggest to make a more dark/noir/twisted atmosphere maybe with greys and desaturated colors.
