I really like the concept and how you made the cap,but something is wrong with the body:The outline makes a lot of contrat so it should be present only on the outer borders of the figure and shouldn't be inside the shape.Also the legs look strange,probably because of that straight 4 pixel brown line between them.Also add the other arm

tried to fix it and shade it better.Dimmed a bit the light grey and tried to shade and add texture(this thread really helped me:)

U should get rid of the light area on the tail and along the back.
It's making a sharp bezel as if it's an 45 degree angled plane.
Instead try adding some more organic blobs of light on the shoulder.
For the tail, we don't need a gradient to know its curved so try just making the section/s that catch the most light be the lighter colour.
I'm also not sure about the shading on the belly,should I edit it?

here's my other kitty,Micia.
She is very shy and has short legs;she always walks unched over,and doesn't like open spaces;she behaves like if she has to hide from a rapacious ready to grab her.
She always follows Pallino and assists him when asking for food,but she lets him be the one who talks(or meows)

Don't know what this is,I just imagined it and did it,but I think there are a lot of errors(especially in the tantacles),but I don't know exactly where

« on: September 17, 2017, 08:59:03 pm »Main concern is the viewing angle and shape. Looking at the ground it tells we're looking from an above perspective. but the top of the tree isn't. I'd cover a bit more of the branches connecting with the trees crown to enhance that. I like the green paletteis that what you meant?
