I made these grass tiles and were wondering how they could be improved, but also, whether or not the extra color on top of the first rocks looks worse or better:

So this is obviously very un-polished, but I was wondering what anatomical problems I could fix before moving on to greater detail.Also, I feel like the throne is missing something but I can't quite put my finger on it.

I'm thinking this would be the idle, and I'm still stuck as to how I should do the forward and back animation without making it look to awkward or to much like the idle..
