Actually thats pretty nice.
What bothers me a bit is the lack of shading or let me say so,
the lightning is extremely neutral, but i assume its a style choice.

I dont know if thats a style choice either, but esp. the treetops lacks a little dynamic.

I dont messed with the shading/palette, cause the guys above already worked on it.

Really nice concept, for some odd reason i like esp. the cage.
Only the super saturated red hurt a little.

yeah i know the issue with the chainsaw, my goal was actually to show it tilting, doesnt work in the right way.

Iam surely not an art professor nor do i painted much in the past, but attleast in pixelart black has its use, imo.
Would blue not better suited for snowshading? Oh and black is actually not a color ;) afaik

Would not hurt if i make my introduction here.

My name is Fabian and was born in 1984.
I live in Saxony-Anhalt,Germany and was getting serious into pixeling in ~2002/03.

The fact i growed up in the 8/16 bit generation of videogames is surely a factor in doing pixelart for me.
I also started pixeling after i discovering that people doing this kind of graphics even the 2d era was gone at that point.
I used to know the old pixelation forum (that with the blue colours) but never registerd there cos i was not good enough :'( .

I know the animations are not perfect, i also find it often boring to do some.
For animating i use both, rough keyframes(the runcycle for example) and copy/paste.
Animating more technical stuff is far more easier for me though.

As for the birds movement, yeah i know it looks a little odd. This is actually the second version, in the first one
it looked anything but flying.
Hm... your edit works indeed better ptoing, i only think that the rocks now are a little oversaturated, to bad this game is
already released :P.
@B.O.B  I had not much time last year compared to now, so I WILL POST MORE ART.

Hello

After absent for a (too)long time i post some stuff i worked one.



There are ~150 tiles for this. Also sprites, eventually i add some more later(stupid graphicsgale wont save gifs >:( ).

Whats up with the alien theme in this :-\? Anyway the fixed pallete(wich is nice btw.) really help to make
it more uniform this time.

I see that robotacon already made a block below mine, its a wip so i hope he take that into account
otherwise i could edit my one after a finished piece is postet by him.
